Welcome to the crucible, to the lands of the Sun, where Nuatha tests the faithful! Do you recognize my vestments? I am one of the Chosen of Bellugh, a Sun Priest of the Bellugh Nuathal. Ours in an ancient faith, born before the Scourge of Chaos first came to the world. Look around you, and may the light of Nuatha the Sun open your eyes to falsehood! Renounce the False Gods, and join us!
Look around you. What do you see? Where is the All-Father? Where are all His companions, his wives, his lackey Gods? You will not see them, for they have all abandoned us. What you do see is the world: air, water, earth, and holy fire, all conjoined and woven in the Mighty Mandala, ablaze with power. These are the true powers to worship, the true sources of life, and bringers of death. Nuatha, the Sun, is lord over all fires, and therefore over all that is. It was Nuatha who spoke to Bellugh in the wilderness so long ago, and who led Bellugh's people to hidden lands where they prospered.
In the beginning of things Men were as beasts, and toiled under the whips of the Elves, some of them escaped, and were given aid by the Horse Lords of the plains. They tried to lead them astray with lies, with tales of ancient lands and Gods who had long ago left this world to rot. We turned to the earth, listened to the wind, and looked to the sun. Bellugh learned the wisdom, and saw the great Pattern that undergirds the world. Many tired to tempt us from our faith, or kill us in their envy. Indeed, the Channelers learned their secrets from the followers of Belligh and Nuatha, though they will deny it!
Bellugh died at the hands of the so-colled *holy men*, and his followers were driven into hiding. The Gwendannen sheltered us, and in time sang rites to Nuatha, but the great Bellugh Nuathal was no more. Until the Turning.
Now is our time! Where are the Gods of old? They are gone! You may make all the sacrifices at corrupt altars that you wish, but you are deceived! Only Nuathal remains! He has spoken to new prophets, and even now he guides us to the ancient refuges, where we have found the ancient relics of Bellugh. Soon we shall rise again in strength, and the light of Nuatha shall banish all darkness! There are many who oppose us, but they shall all perish in flame!
