Merriest and freest of the All-Fathers Companions, Kenaryn is the Lord of the Hunt, and his endless thirst for sport and adventure has ensured that he never remains in one place for long and among the first Companions of the All-Father. In the "Far Wanderings of the Great Father" he was in the first battle against the legions of Chaos and the Demon Prince Kolaur. Kenaryn is crowned with the antlers of the mighty stag and dons many shapes including the Horned Huntsman, a great Stallion and the Silver Stag of legend. He carries a mighty horn and commands a mighty pack of hounds, the size of ponies, with witchlight burning in their eyes. According to Centaur legend, Kenaryn came upon the Shining Goddess of the Moon, Saedron, asleep and frozen within a pillar of frost. Kenaryn blew his mighty horn and awoke her, married her and she gave birth to the Centaurs. In the Age of Twilight Kenaryn helped subdue the Dragon, and afterward quickly took up the Long Hunt for Grallokur the Devourer, the hideous beast born of Saedron's madness. Legends tell of Kenaryn's long quest to capture the Devourer and restore his wifes sundered mind, a hunt which has taken him far away from the affairs of the Children of the World. The Centaurs believe that Kenaryn and Grallokur shall finally meet and do battle at the Worlds end, although some wonder if this grim event has not already happened. Kenaryn has not appeared or answered any call since the Turning -many fear that the Hunter became the prey, and as met his doom.
